Stand Up Placer

Our troop took a tour of the Stand Up Placer Thrift Store, donated sheets and clothes, purchased Christmas gifts for the kids residing in the Stand Up Placer safehouse, and assembled the gift bags and boxes. Stand Up Placer saves lives by empowering survivors and educating communities to stand up to domestic violence and assault.

December 2018 - Shopped for and purchased over $100 worth of Christmas gifts for kids in the safehouse.

November 2017 - Visited the fundraising store, purchased over $200 worth of Christmas gifts for 20 kids in the safehouse, wrapped and distributed the gifts.
